Take the Leap! And Work at Home

Would you like to work for yourself from home? Oh! You have you been toying with the idea for a while now. So what is holding you back? I know you linger over those classifieds offering work from home opportunities. You sit for hours in front of your computer viewing web sites. Why is it taking so long? There is nothing very scary about leaving your name and email address. Ah! It is that little voice inside saying ” it’s a scam” or “It’s too good to be true”.Maybe I can help. I was also hearing that voice. A 40-year young mum of 3 boys under 9, working in a 24/7 call center doing 10 hour shifts. Oh! It was great; I only had to work 4 days a week one of those days was Saturday till 9.00pm. A small sacrifice to make to still earn a full time wage I was home 3 nights to have dinner with the family and I had Sundays free to catch up on the housework. Finally I realized the whole thing was ridiculous, I hated it, my family hated it and I took the leap. I now run my business from home. My once skeptical partner is now planning his retirement, and looking forward to staying home and fishing a lot, possibly one downside to all this, (no just joking, really!).Let me share some information with you that I discovered while on my search for a home based opportunity. Multi Level marketing is the way to go. There are plenty of ethical and successful MLM companies out there with great products and marketing plans. If you are concerned make sure they are registered with the Direct Selling Association. Why MLM you ask? It costs very little to begin. There is very little overhead. It doesn’t require long hours and you can decide when and how many hours you want to commit from one day to the next. You don’t have to leave your current job. You can take your business anywhere you go and you can work it from anywhere you want. Absolutely anyone can do it. Regardless of your education, race, color or religion everyone starts off on an equal footing, the rest is up to the individual. You get to meet a lot of great people who all share a common goal and interest and who nurture each other as a team.Your first exposure to the Business will be your Sponsor. Listen to what they say. They provide you with the initial information you need to make your first decision. Is this business right for you? Sponsors should not make you feel like you have been backed into a corner. It is as much in their interest to make sure you fully understand the business as it is yours so you can make an educated decision on whether or not a particular opportunity is right for you.Do your homework. Ask people have they heard of the company or the brand and have they tried it. You want to hear facts and testimonials like buying a car. Does the marketing plan offer good compensation ? Does it offer continuous growth? Is the Company Local or is your business going to be able to grow Internationally? Make sure the product you will be moving is usable and will need replenishing. More importantly make sure you are comfortable with the product. You need to become what we call “A product of the product” then before you know it the rest just happens.I hope I have succeeded in arming you with a bit more information that you had 5 minutes ago. Now! Go back to those businesses that have been lingering in the back of your mind and order that information pack. When it’s right for you, you will know. Your first conversation with your sponsor will leave you excited. You will find yourself thinking of all the people whom you can show this product to and all the people who you know that need to see this opportunity. Figures will start calculating in your head and you will keep thinking about it over and over. When that happens it’s time to take the leap! Whatever you do don’t look back, hold onto your vision even if you are the only person who can see it and don’t ever lose sight of your dreams and goals. Good luck!

Which Type of Fear Might Be Holding You Back from Success in Business?

Good ideas are literally “a dime a dozen”. Individuals conceptualize revolutionary new products and new services with each passing minute of each day. Although there is such a steady stream of ideas that can be mobile porn marketed successfully and developed into a lucrative business, there are actually few new businesses that make it past the “initial stages” into actual existence. Why is this, and what factors contribute to the abandonment of great ideas that could’ve possibly netted the creators a small fortune? There seem to be two major psychological forces at work when a great idea is abandoned before completion or a business fails for no apparent reason. These two psychological syndromes are:1. Fear of Success 2. Fear of FailureIt is a very frightening prospect to start and maintain a home-based business. There’s no doubt about that. And every business owner feels the “fear” of being responsible for their own destinies, and for their own futures. It’s quite common, to be somewhat nervous and stressed about our businesses, especially in the beginning.Conquering this fear is a necessity, however, as no one can be effective in a business if they allow the fear to overwhelm them.Fear can be “healthy” in a way, as it can keep an individual alert and aware of any failures of the business, which thwarts problems before they start. Fear can also be “unhealthy” when an individual experiences such fear that it leads to inaction and the business never really gets off the ground as a result. The two fears above seem to be the most prominent among new business owners. In the first, Fear of Success, a new business owner may have a great idea, and may develop every facet of the business thoroughly, yet they never seem to “open” the doors of the business. They may find excuse after excuse, why they can’t really put the business into play, although all facets of the business are established. They may find that they run into repeated crises in their lives, sickness of themselves or a loved one, disasters that are not “really” disasters crop up repeatedly. This is simple Fear of Success, and part of a psychological pattern.Although crises do occur to us all, we go on with life despite these, and no one has crises that are continuous. A business owner with this syndrome is merely afraid that success will “change” their lives and they are afraid they won’t be able to cope with the changes. Of course, success will change someone’s life. However, the Fear of Success can be so overwhelming, that some new business owners simply let the business fall by the wayside, thereby ensuring its failure. After all, if the business fails to get started or to succeed, they never have to face the reality of their “Fear of Success”.The second fear is just as detrimental as the Fear of Success. This fear is the Fear of Failure. This fear seems slightly more common and is characterized by the inability of future business owners to even get “started” with any plans or any concrete method of establishing a business. They constantly procrastinate in even the most simple of business chores. They fail to ever establish the business in any way, and for the most part are always promising to “start tomorrow”, only tomorrow may never come. They also may jump from “idea to idea” always hatching a new plan for the next great business. Unfortunately, the plans are the only thing that is ever hatched, as nothing concrete ever materializes. They can be seen by their family and friends as mere “schemers”/ “daydreamers”.Occasionally, business owners can “waver” between the two fears, actually experiencing both Fear of Failure and Fear of Success simultaneously, becoming almost paralyzed with the emotions of all this, and unable to attend to the business with any degree of rationality. They can start businesses over and over, or make plans for businesses over and over, and yet never see any real degree of success. These fears, like all other fears, can be overcome. There are many methods to use to overcome them:1. A business owner needs to stop “projecting the worst case scenarios” onto the business. This is by far the most effective method. Business owners that worry too much about the worst happening, eventually make this projection a reality.2. Business owners need to be realistic about the timeframe involved in success. A good business may take months or even years to stabilize.3. Business owners need to be aware of their own feelings and motives. When “stalled” within a business, they have to question their own inner emotions and ask themselves if perhaps their emotions are overruling their own common sense.4. A business owner will need to have as much personal and business support as possible behind them. This includes family, friends, and of course, other business people. Knowing we are not “alone” can easily alleviate misgivings and misconceptions.5. A business owner should take time to relax and de-stress whenever needed. Fears become more palpable and real during times of extended stress.6. Business owners should always have well thought out plans of action. Good plans reduce stress and the symptoms of stress, which exacerbate our fears overall. It is best if any potential business owner addresses their fears and their approach to life as well as their motives before starting a new business. It is better to address any underlying issues prior to beginning a business, as addressing them while “within” the throes of a hectic business start up is difficult, if not impossible.Remember all fears can be conquered, and it is better to have tried and failed than never to have tried at all!

Love What You Do

“Do what you love and love what you do.”That is a pretty simple philosophy but one that not many people follow. If they did they would not only be happier but more successful too.I recently wrote an article that was dedicated to my Dad who passed away after 70 years in his own business.I wrote that one of the reasons for his longevity and success was his passion for what he was doing. Obviously to continue working well into your 80s you have to love what you are doing!I am not the only one who thinks that passion for what you do in business is essential. If you have been watching “The Donald” in his hit TV show “The Apprentice”, he states, in more than one episode, that you have to have a passion for what you are doing. If you go back through history, you can see that passion has played a part in the achievements of all great people.Whether they were conquerors like Genghis Khan or Alexander the Great. Great leaders like George Washington or Abraham Lincoln. Great artists like Michelangelo. Or great business tycoons like Carnegie, Ford, Morgan and Trump. They all had a passion for what they did. A devotion that went beyond the job itself.A passion for what you are doing will help you get through the rough times. It allows you to overcome obstacles and separates the quitters from the succeed ers.Don’t believe that passion is critical to success? Then ask yourself this question. Why do people invest so much time, effort and expense into a hobby?Because they love what they are doing! If you love what you are doing; time, effort and expense are not the motivating factors. Achievement and satisfaction are.If you “do what you love and love what you do” you can’t help but be successful. Why?Because if you enjoy what you are doing, it will spark that inner drive that all successful people have. The desire to succeed at all costs and not give up when facing a difficult road ahead. What I am saying here is very important to someone who wants to own a small home based business. In a small home based business, you will have many obstacles to overcome, some of which are:
Lack of funds.
Working long hours.
Working alone.
Learning the business through trial and error.
Getting discouraged when things aren’t going as planned.
It takes time, effort and knowledge to make a small business successful. The passion you have for your business will be the difference between giving up on your dream and achieving your goal of a profitable and satisfying business. How many times have you heard actors, professional athletes and other successful people say that not only do they do what they love but get paid for it?Wow! Isn’t that the ultimate achievement?Get paid to do what you love to do!This is all possible with your own business.Let’s face it. If you work for someone else, you may like your job and you may be good at it; but no matter how passionate you are, your boss still black porn reaps the rewards of your passion and dedication. It is still his or her business, not yours. So take some advice from someone who, now and for most of my business life, got paid for doing what I loved to do.Find something you love. A hobby perhaps. Turn it into a home based business. Devote the same time, effort and expense into it.Become passionate about it. And you will succeed!I guarantee it!Then when all is said and done, you too can boast…(like the song says): “I did it My Way”

Love Of Reading Can Predict Your Online Success

When I was a very small child, I discovered that I had a love for reading. There was nothing better then spending an entire afternoon engrossed in a good novel. Reading for me was a pleasure, and magically transported me all over the world. My love of reading from an early age sharpened my vocabulary skills, my spelling, and my ability to learn, without me even realizing it.Up until the time that I had decided to start a home based business on the internet, I didn’t feel that my love of reading played a role towards increasing my finances…how wrong I was. When I started a home business on the internet, I knew absolutely nothing about network marketing, advertising, building websites, search engine optimization, tax deductions, or the millions of other things needed to run a successful business from your home. And the affiliate program that I had signed up for provided me a mentor who was basically non-essential towards me being successful and moving up the ranks.Although the program that I had signed up for provided all kinds of training material, I didn’t find it to be in a logical step by step order and became very confused at where I was to begin and what my ultimate goal was to be.Through much trial and error, I had given up on someone helping me and decided that if I was going to be successful, it was going to be up to me whether I succeeded or failed. At that point I returned to my roots and my love of reading. I started watching the people who were successful online and started reading their articles on how they got there. I started visiting various online and webmaster forums also. You would be surprised how much free information is out there if you just take the time to look for it and read. People who have made a fortune on the internet are only too happy to share their experience and knowledge with you. From that point, I started imitating the steps that they had taken, and before long, I had created a successful online business of my own without any help from anyone besides the webmasters who had decided to post free information on their websites.I recently started creating an easy to follow tutorial for my own affiliates and the response has been positively overwhelming, and has taken my business to new heights. [http://www.101homebusiness.org/tutorial.html]If you have a love for reading, I can already predict your online success. Even without a mentor, you can create a successful business from your home by simply reading.Best wishes for you future success and prosperity!Sincerely,
